Sahee Egg curry

This recipe of Anda curry is an easy but delicious curry made with aromatic spices, a hint of kasoori methi and cream. It is sure to score 10 on 10 at your dinner table. It can be paired with plain chapati, paratha, rice, biryani or pulao depending upon your choice. You can also serve pickle along with it.

 Ingredients needed  

  1. Egg = 8 pieces
  2. Garlic leaves = 5 leaves
  3. Swiftly cut onion = 1 
  4. Chillies = 2 pieces
  5. Ginger= 1 pieces
  6. Kasuri methi= 1 spoon
  7. Fresh cream= 1 spoon 
  8. Curd = 2 spoon 
  9. Chat masala = 1 spoon
  10. Garam masala= 1 spoon
  11. Red chili powder= 1 spoon
  12. Salt = of your own choice
  13. Oil = 1 spoon
  14. Water = 1 cup 
 15. Dhaniya Patti = for garnishing

Vidhi 

Firstly, boil the egg .

Make paste of onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic .

Do heat oil in pan 🍳 and put paste in it and bhune 

In one utensil Meet the curd and cream and then cook it .

Now , put methi , garam masala and red chilli powder and salt.

Drew one cup water in it  and cook till 10 minutes

Do slight cuts  on eggs and put them in gravy and cook for few minutes 

Design with chat masala and dhaniya leaves.
