Sahee Egg curry

Ingredients needed
- Egg = 8 pieces
- Garlic leaves = 5 leaves
- Swiftly cut onion = 1
- Chillies = 2 pieces
- Ginger= 1 pieces
- Kasuri methi= 1 spoon
- Fresh cream= 1 spoon
- Curd = 2 spoon
- Chat masala = 1 spoon
- Garam masala= 1 spoon
- Red chili powder= 1 spoon
- Salt = of your own choice
- Oil = 1 spoon
- Water = 1 cup

Vidhi
Firstly, boil the egg .
Make paste of onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic .
Do heat oil in pan 🍳 and put paste in it and bhune
In one utensil Meet the curd and cream and then cook it .
Now , put methi , garam masala and red chilli powder and salt.
Drew one cup water in it and cook till 10 minutes
Do slight cuts on eggs and put them in gravy and cook for few minutes
Design with chat masala and dhaniya leaves.
